Mindful Morning, 30 min of mindfulness and creative exercises for more inspiration, clarity and joy!

Do you want to experience more well-being, more happiness and joy in your daily life?

Let yourself be delighted, surprised, and inspired during this workshop, as you learn how to follow your intuition more closely, and feel more connected with yourself.

This workshop, is centered around mindfulness and creativity, and is fun and easy, and beginners are welcome.

I guide you through approx. 30 min of exercises and share tips to start the day feeling more inspired and calm.

All you need is a pen, some paper, an old magazine and a quiet space where you are undisturbed for 30 mins, no cats, dogs, kids or partners 😉

The Mindful Morning bundle explores the following 4 themes:

  1. Awakening – we need to make space, a sacred space, for awakening to happen. We must make time to step back from the business and clutter of our lives, and allow a new sense of being to unfold.

  2. Purpose – Have you ever asked, why am I here, what is my purpose? By stilling the mind, going within and reconnecting with our essential self, we can rediscover who we really are. By doing this we re-establish our true self as the guiding light in our lives.

     

  3. Living the Questionmany questions arise for each of us, questions we possibly wish we had answers to. using poetry to inspire our journey, we explore releasing the answers and to seek the potential meaning and inspiration in living the questions themselves and in so doing give the questions “permission” to inspire our journey.

  4. SurrenderEckhart Tolle says this about Surrender, “Sometimes surrender means giving up trying to understand and becoming comfortable with not knowing” In this session we explore what surrender means for each of us, using creative exercises and meditation to help us engage.
