Terms and conditions
The following right of cancellation applies to consumers, i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:

Cancellation and refunds:
Your course/seminar place is firmly reserved for you. If you wish to cancel your participation, this is possible free of charge up to 4 days before the start of the event. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of a later withdrawal, the following processing fees/cancellation regulations apply. If an interested party from the waiting list can move up or you provide a substitute participant, no fee will be charged. If you withdraw up to 3 days before the start of the event, 50% of the course/seminar fee will be due. If you withdraw up to 1 day before the start of the event, the full amount will be due despite non-participation (regardless of the reasons), so that the course/seminar can be held. Please understand this regulation. I will not be able to find a replacement in such a short time and your place will then, unfortunately, remain empty. If you drop out of an ongoing course, you have no right to a refund, regardless of the reason. If lessons are cancelled due to illness of the course leader, an alternative date will be arranged. Should the course not take place, you will be informed immediately in writing or by telephone and your course fee will be refunded in full. Any further claims are excluded.

Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for purchasing from my online store. There are a variety of shipping and delivery options available to you.
I undertake to package all of my goods with the utmost care to ensure that no damage occurs during transit.
All our prints up to A3 size are packed in cardboard envelopes, larger sizes are sent in reinforced tubes so they don’t get bent. Original artwork will have special packaging and is sent via courier.
Please note that the printing of the prints will take approximately 5-10 working days.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of 10,00 € and will take 2-5 working days to reach its destination once shipped.
This cost may vary according to the format size. I currently offer a flat rate of 10,00 € for the shipping of all prints on paper. If you choose a print on another substrate, then this will influence the shipping cost, as the size and weight will vary. Original artwork can also be shipped and would require extra care in packaging, particularly if you have chosen a ready-framed original. Local Pick Up – If you are based in Hamburg, Germany, you are welcome to select the local pick up option and I will be in contact with you to arrange collection.
My promise to you will be to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible and I will inform you of every step.

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the shipper, has or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of cancellation does not exist for contracts:
for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract but which cannot be supplied until at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of cancellation shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of:
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
Our request when returning goods
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please note that the preceding paragraph is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
