Prints
Rolled print orders typically ship out within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order. By default, orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage (flatrate 6,95 €). Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA, i.e USA, Canada, Australia are always shipped via Express Courier. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Original Art Pieces
A shipping and packaging invoice will be sent after purchase of original art pieces. You can request an estimate before purchase by sending the size of the piece and full address to hello@birtethurow.de. All original paintings are final so we do recommend getting an estimate beforehand. We ship original paintings worldwide.

Local Pickup (Original paintings and framed canvas prints only)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Hamburg, Germany. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-3 business days if an original painting and 25-30 days if it‘s a framed canvas print. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Original paintings, paper and canvas prints rolled or framed, going outside Germany may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Birte Thurow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
